How to enable cookies (Windows users)

   Google Chrome

  1. Click on the Chrome settings menu in the top right corner (square button with three horizontal lines)

    > Click on "Settings"

  2. Scroll to the very bottom of that window and click on "Show Advanced Settings" (unless Advanced Settings are already displayed)
  3. Under the "Privacy" section click on the "Content Settings" button.
  4. Select the "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" option in the Cookies section (Don't need to check any other boxes).
  5. Scroll down to the JavaScript section and select the "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)" option.

    > Click "Done"


  1. Click on the Firefox settings menu in the top right corner (square button with three horizontal lines)

    > Click on "Options".

  2. In the next window that appears, click on the "Privacy" section.
  3. Under the "History" section, click the box next to "Firefox will:"

    > Select "Use custom settings for history"

  4. Check the box next to "Accept cookies from sites".

    > Click "OK"

   Internet Explorer

  1. Click the Tools icon in the top right corner (Tools icon looks like a gear)
  2. Select "Internet Options" > Then click on the "Security" tab. 
  3. Click the "Custom level" button near the bottom of the window. 
  4. Scroll down and find the section labeled "Scripting"

    > Click on the "Enable" button under "Active Scripting"

  5. Click "OK" to confirm
  6. Next, click on the "Privacy" tab.

    > Make sure the scroll bar under "Settings" is set to Medium to allow cookies


  1. Click on the Edge menu in the top right corner (Edge menu button has three dots in it)
  2. Select "Settings"> Then, Under "Advanced Settings" select "View Advanced Settings".
  3. Click in the drop-down menu just under "Cookies"

    > Select "Don't block cookies"
