Requires iOS version 16 or greater

Find my iPhone version

  1. Select the Settings menu from the iOS home screen.

  2. Scroll down the Settings menu and choose General > About.

  3. The next screen will display your iOS information, including the software version.



iPad

Requires iPadOS version 16 or greater

  • iPad mini (5th and 6th generation)
  • iPad (5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th generation)
  • iPad Pro
  • iPad Air (3rd, 4th and 5th generation)


Find my iPad version

  1. Select the Settings menu from the iOS home screen.
  2. Scroll down the Settings menu and choose General > About.

  3. The right side of the screen will then display your iOS information, including the software version.


Apple TV

Requires tvOS version 16 or greater

  • Apple TV 4th generation or newer
  • Apple TV 4K


Find my Apple TV version

  1. Select Settings from the Apple TV home screen.

  2. Choose General from the Settings list, then select About.

  3. The next screen will display your tvOS version as well as your Apple TV model.


Android Device

Requires smartphone / tablet version 8 or greater


Find my Android device version

  1. Open your Settings menu on your device.

  2. Scroll down and select the About Phone option.

  3. Select Android version or Software information and the next screen should display your Android version.



Android TV / Google TV

Requires Android TV version 8 or greater

  • TCL
  • Sony
  • Hisense
  • Phillips


Find my Android TV version

  1. Select the Settings menu from the top right corner of the Android TV home screen.

  2. Scroll down the Settings menu and choose Device Preferences.
     
  3. Select About and then scroll down the next screen that appears to see your Android OS version.



Fire TV

Requires Fire OS version 7 or greater


Find my Fire TV version

  1. Click the Home button on your Fire TV remote to get to the home screen.

  2. Scroll to the far right and locate the Settings button > Select Settings.

  3. From the Settings menu, select My Fire TV.

  4. Then select About and the device information for your Fire TV should display on the right side of the screen.



Samsung TV 

Requires Tizen version 5 or greater


Find my Samsung TV version

  1. Go to the Internet / web browser section on your Samsung TV (this should appear in the main menu, along with Apps, Settings, etc).

  2. Type the following web address in your Samsung TV browser -
    https://whatsmybrowser.org

  3. The web page you arrive at will likely show the current version of the Samsung TV browser you're using - then if you scroll down further, you should see the Tizen version confirmed next to Operating System.



LG TV

Requires webOS version 5 or greater


Find my LG TV version

  1. Press the Settings button on your LG TV remote, or click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the LG TV home screen to reach the Settings menu.

  2. Scroll down the Settings list that appears and select All Settings.

  3. In the next menu that appears, select General > Devices > TV Management.

  4. Choose TV Information from the TV Management menu.

  5. Under this menu you should see webOS TV Version, which is the current LG TV version you're using. 



Roku

Requires Roku version 14 or greater


Find my Roku version

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote to get to the main menu.
     
  2. Scroll down and select Settings > System > About.

  3. The next screen should display your Roku model and software version.
