Email verification
To continue using your FreeCast account, you will need to complete the email verification after registering. Once you click the "Verify" button in that verification email, it will take you into the site, or to the FreeCast mobile app if you're using a smartphone or tablet.
If you're not seeing the verification email in the inbox for your registered email address, please reach out to our Live Support Team and one of our representatives will be happy to have that resent to you.
My email is not being recognized
If you're receiving an error message stating No active account found when attempting to log in to FreeCast (see image below), it likely means there is no registered FreeCast account under that address. In this case, you can just follow the link below to register your new FreeCast account under that email address.
If you already registered a FreeCast account in the past and think it may be under a different email address, please be sure to contact our Live Support Team and one of our representatives will be happy to check into that further for you.
I forgot and/or need to update my password
If you forgot the password associated with your FreeCast account, simply click on the "Forgot Password?" button that sits just below the Sign In button on the login screen. Then enter your registered email address and click "Reset My Password".
You should receive a password reset email at your registered email address within a few minutes, which will include a link allowing you to create a new one.
- Note: If you don't see the password reset email in your main inbox, be sure to check your Spam and Junk folders as well, in case it ended up there.
