Need to make any updates to your FreeCast account?
Just select the option below that applies to your concern. 
Adding Value Channels to your account
- Log in to your FreeCast account from a computer or laptop (https://watch.freecast.com).
- Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner (or select Manage > Account from the left side menu). 
- On the Manage Account page you'll see an Active Subscription section.
 > Click the Add Subscriptions button to see the option to add the Value Channels package. 
- Check the box to confirm that you'd like to subscribe and then click Continue. 
- The next page will then ask you to confirm your payment information, to complete the purchase.
Cancel the Value Channels package
- Log in to your FreeCast account from a computer or laptop (https://watch.freecast.com).
- Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner (or select Manage > Account from the left side menu). 
- On the Manage Account page you'll see an Active Subscription section.
 > Click the Cancel Subscription button next to the Value Channels package. 
- Click Ok in the next window to confirm the cancellation. 
- If you do not have a computer or laptop to cancel your Value Channels from, please contact our Live Support Team via live chat or email and one of our representatives will be happy to take care of that for you. Update my billing information
- Log in to your FreeCast account from a computer or laptop (https://watch.freecast.com).
- Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner (or select Manage > Account from the left side menu).
