The Email Verification process is a security measure that's put in place to prevent fraudulent signups and protect your information.
To verify your FreeCast account:
- Check your email inbox for the Confirmation / Verification Email.
- Click the Verify button to complete the email verification process.
- You should then get taken straight into the FreeCast members site if you're using a desktop or laptop, or redirect you to the FreeCast app if you're using a smartphone or tablet device.
I didn't receive the verification email
- If you don't see the verification email in your main inbox, please be sure to check your Spam and Junk folders first, in case it ended up there.
- If you still don't see the verification email in your spam or junk folder, please reach out to our Live Support Team and one of our representatives will be happy to have it re-sent to you.
