Add or cancel a premium package

Need to make any updates to your FreeCast account?

Whether you're looking to add or cancel the Value Channels package, or update your billing or profile information, you can do so from your FreeCast Account page.


Add Value Channels to my account
  1. Log into your FreeCast account from a computer or laptop.

  2. Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account from the dropdown menu (Profile icon will show your first initial).



  3. On your FreeCast Account page, you'll see an Active Subscription section. 
       > Click the Add Subscriptions button to see the option to add the Value Channels package.



  4. Check the box to confirm that you'd like to subscribe and then click Continue.



  5. The next page will then ask you to confirm your payment information, to complete the purchase.




Cancel Value Channels on my account
  1. Log into your FreeCast account from a computer or laptop.
       > https://watch.freecast.com/

  2. Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select Account from the dropdown menu (Profile icon will show your first initial)



  3. On your FreeCast Account page you'll see an Active Subscription section.
       > Click Cancel Subscription next to the Value Channels package.



  4. Click Ok in the next window to confirm the cancellation.

  5. If you do not have a computer or laptop to cancel your Value Channels from, please contact our Live Support Team via live chat or email and one of our representatives will be happy to take care of that for you.



Update my billing information
  1. Log into your FreeCast account from a computer or laptop.
       > https://watch.freecast.com

  2. Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select Account from the dropdown menu (Profile icon will show your first initial).



  3. Near the bottom-right side of your FreeCast Account page, select Change payment method.



  4. The next screen will allow you to add or update the payment information tied to your account.



  5. Click Save Changes to save your card information.
