Using MediaPay

Setting up a MediaPay account

  1. Select YouBundle from the left side menu on the FreeCast site to reach the YouBundle page.

  2. At the top of the page, select the MediaPay Account tab.

  3. Click the Setup MediaPay button and then choose each of the subscription services that you're currently subscribed to. Once you're done, select Add to YouBundle.

  4. Select Bundle Payments and then enter the payment information you want tied to your MediaPay account.

  5. Click Set Up and it will then present you with a digital card.

  6. Go to each of your subscription services and update your payment information with the MediaPay virtual Mastercard info.

  7. Enter the billing date that you'd like to set for each of your bundled subscriptions, along with the last billed amount for each of those services (Note that this billing amount needs to match exactly what's set with that service, otherwise it won't function properly)


Add funds to my MediaPay account

  1. Go to your Bundled Services tab and click Add Funds.

  2. Choose the amount you want to add/deposit and then submit. 


Update my billing information

  1. Go to your MediaPay Account tab.

  2. On the MediaPay Account page, select Update.

  3. Enter your updated payment information in the window that appears.

  4. Click Save Changes.


Remove a subscription from my MediaPay account

  1. Go to your Bundled Services tab to view your current subscriptions on your MediaPay account.

  2. Click Unbundle next to the subscription(s) you want to cancel/remove from your MediaPay account.

  3. Click Yes, Unbundle on the next screen to confirm. 


I want to fully cancel my MediaPay account

  1. Go to your MediaPay Account tab.

  2. On your MediaPay Account page select Cancel Account.

  3. Click Yes, Cancel Account on the next screen to confirm the cancellation.
    (Note that you also have the option to pause your account, if you don't want to outright cancel and remove everything)
